S and S Timms Antiques Ltd has dated this Georgian Mahogany Library Table to the 18th Century.
It is constructed from the finest quality mahogany timber that would have been available at the time and is enhanced by the lovely brass mouldings.
Typical of the late 18th, or early 19th century in terms of its relatively simplistic design it has a real charm to it. Its difficult to pinpoint quite where the table would originally have been made for, but certainly for modern day living the dimensions are fabulous and open up a whole variety of different spots around the hone which could accomodate it for a wide variety of different uses.
Overall the condition is excellent with no damage of any note to mention at all. As with all items which we offer for sale it has been inspected in our workshops by our highly skilled, trained antique furniture restorers and received a natural wax polish before being offered for sale.
