Description

Elegant Irish Regency mahogany side / centre table; by Gillingtons Dublin; the very well figured solid mahogany top with rounded corners and a slender moulded edge, above two frieze drawers being fully mahogany lined with original small brass lion mask handles; the left hand drawer stamped Gillingtons with inventory numbers. The reverse of the table having two dummy drawers so can be used freestanding. Raised on stylish shaped end supports having reeded roundels to either side, raised on swept sabre legs terminating in original foliate design brass cap castors. Having a lovely warm colour and patina in well chosen mahogany.
