Of bold and architectural proportion, the rectangular reverse breakfront top of well-figured mahogany, above a carved frieze of stiff-leaf foliage. The table is raised on a pair of powerful tapering front legs and trapezoidal rear supports, each superbly carved in high relief with cascading clasped acanthus leaves over boldly carved waterleaf mouldings, all resting on squared plinths.
