Antique Georgian Mahogany Tilt Top Side Table

Description

A lovely antique Georgian mahogany tilt top side table. This was made in England, it dates from around 1800-1820.

It is very well made, is a useful size and has plenty of character. The mahogany has acquired a gorgeous patina over the years. The top can tilt up and is held in place with the original catch mechanism.

We have had this recently re-polished, it is in very good condition for its age, with some small marks and indentations seen beneath the polish, commensurate for age.

Width top – 14 inches , 36 cm

Depth – 13 inches , 33 cm
