Here we have an unusual Oak Victorian shop counter top coin operated stamp dispenser with a glazed hinged lid which houses a rotating wooden ''wheel'' which houses the stamps and moves round when a coin is added to the coin slot and the lever on the front is pulled, it has original paper instruction label and the mechanism is in working order.
