Description

An extremely beautiful and very rare antique Chinese lacquered chinoiserie cabinet. This was made in China, we would date it to around the 1890–1910 period.

It is very unusual to find such a stunning and substantial peace in this style from this period, it is also a very useful item. It is large and impressive with stunning painted decorations in the traditional Oriental style. It has an overhanging top and sits on beautiful bracket feet, there is wonderful intricate detail to the patinated brass plates that are seen throughout the piece on all edges and on the door fronts.

This is in excellent condition for its age, with just some normal minor surface wear and patina here and there, commensurate for age.
