Wonderful English Antique Iron & Steel Book Press

A very high quality made, English 19th century antique book press, beautifully made in iron and steel and in fully working condition. Designed as a book preens but would be an ideal flower press too. The treen wooden handle is used to apply the final spring pressure, once the wind down wheel is in place. Just a very well engineered antique book / flower press in superb condition.
