This is a charming piece based on the design of a French Tuileries Flower Basket, it is made in heavy wrought iron, one thing to point out the feet are curled and are very stylish however one is much larger than the others?, this may be a repair but it is very sturdy and has not been painted like the rest of the basket in distressed verdigris enamel paint
