Treaders Collectables has dated this Meissen Porcelain Bagpiper Figurine to the 18th Century.
Modelled by J.J. Kändler after an engraving by Jacques Dumont, wearing a black hat with brown feather, fur-lined white cape, yellow waistcoat with Sgraffito scrolls and circles and white leggings, playing the bagpipes and standing on an oval mound base applied with flowers and foliage (restoration likely though not obvious). Crossed swords mark to rear of base and reputable French dealer stamp.
