Description

This is a stunning little case.

Manufactured in 1896 by Horton and Allday.

Hallmarked for Sheffield

Horton and Allday operated from 1888-1933

The tortoise shell case has light signs of wear on the outside and a small corner chip.

However it is still totally useable .

Neat and compact the long gold hinge is neatly riveted and the front clasp is a simple thumb push operation.

Approx 6x7cm
