Dating to the 1930''s, this dining table along with several other pieces of furniture we have listed was commissioned made to it''s original owners as a wedding gift in the 1930''s. Sourced just outside of Paris, France. This fabulous piece closes to a circular form providing a great centre table when not extended for dining. Often these size tables were originally made for board rooms but this gem is totally authentic dining table and a size which is both scarce and sort after. The top is maple and in a wonderful warm honey blonde colour, with a drum pedestal base in walnut and Macassar ebony base.
