A very large Salt Glazed stoneware flagon possibly German Bellarmine dating from 17th 18th century. The neck is decorated with typical mask decoration opposite the handle. The main body is inscribed into the clay which looks to be a letter A and a number 4. Line detail to opening and handle. 47 cm tall and approx. 27cm diameter. Excellent condition as shown in pics.
