Description

A Welsh pine cradle in completely untouched original condition and bearing the original pale blue painted finish. The canted hood with bracket supports is flanked by posts with pointed terminals, opposite a lower end with a curved top rail and similar posts, with the panelled box section supported on rockers.

Nicely worn surface. Carmarthenshire, west Wales, circa 1800.
