All our postage quotes are estimated to the best of our ability with Royal Mail. Items over the value of £50.00 will be sent Special Delivery or with Parcelforce 48. We do not charge for any packaging. We try to recycle where ever possible.

A stock lock, or wooden rim lock, is a traditional door locking mechanism featuring an internal iron movement encased within a solid block of oak wood, widely manufactured and used during the Georgian era.

These locks were constructed from heavy oak cases housing hand-forged iron deadbolts, tumblers, and matching wrought iron keys, secured using iron rivets or mounting screws.

Authentic pieces display hand-carved or saw-marked oak casings, natural wood shrinkage around iron fittings, hand-cut keybits, and signs of wear surrounding the keyhole and mounting holes.
