This long retro wrought iron hat and coat rack dates from the 1920 period in a French country style. The piece consists of five double hooks set along horizontal backing bars, beneath a decorative scrollwork pediment and curved iron hooks. It is made from wrought iron and finished with a distressed off-white paint finish showing chipping to the old paint. The hardware includes mounting holes at the upper left and right ends of the frame.
