An 18th Century Delft Charger.

With a broad, slightly sloping rim, decorated with spreading flowers, surrounding a line banded centre, filled with an oriental landscape scene of trees and flowers on the shores of a lake. The rear with a recessed foot rim.

In remarkably good condition.

Date circa 1740.

Height 1 3/4 inches, 4.5cm.

Diameter 13 1/2 inches, 34cm.
