Salisbury Antiques Centre has dated this Mahogany Tilt Top Table to the 19th Century.

The top tilts vertically by means of the original-style brass catch beneath, allowing the table to be conveniently stored when not in use.
Raised on an elegant turned central column with spiral-fluted carved detail, above a shaped tripod base. The three swept legs are decorated with restrained carved detail and terminate in rounded feet.
