Chinese Fangu Stone Amulets, Bi Disc with Qilin, Chilong Dragon & Carp

An attractive group of three Chinese hand-carved stone amulets produced in the traditional fangu style, celebrating the artistic forms of ancient Chinese jade carvings. Originally created as individual ornaments, they have been carefully assembled into a harmonious decorative ensemble based on their matching carving quality, colour and symbolic significance.

The largest piece is a Bi-type disc carved with a Qilin surrounded by sacred clouds and Lingzhi mushrooms, symbols of Heaven, harmony and good fortune. It is accompanied by an archaistic C-shaped Chilong dragon representing strength and protection, and a finely carved carp in mid-leap, a traditional emblem of abundance, perseverance and success.
