Cast brass and polychrome painted, with four fixing bolts, mounted on a later wooden shield shaped backboard.

GER Class S46 (classified D14 by the London and North Eastern Railway) was a 4-4-0 steam locomotive designed by James Holden for the Great Eastern Railway, named after Lord Claud Hamilton (18431925) the chairman of the Great Eastern Railway.
The Claud Hamilton, particularly in its original GER blue livery, is widely considered one of the most elegant locomotive designs of the pre-grouping era. Class pioneer No 1900 Claud Hamilton featuring red lining and connecting rods, copper chimney cap and GER coat of arms was much admired when it was exhibited at the 1900 Paris Exposition.

The arms of Huntingdon A landscape, in the centre of which is a tree on the dexter side of which is a bird perched on the sinister side of the tree is a huntsman (supposed to represent Robin Hood) blowing a horn in his sinister hand a bow and arrow on the dexter side a stag courant pursued by two dogs all Proper.
