A quite delightful Pair of Antique HR Quimper French Faience Pin Trays, their fretted edges of unusual form, naively but beautifully painted with a Petit Breton and his Petite Bretonne companion. Both figures shown standing, he holding a horsewhip, and she a posy of flowers, and each vignette framed within a border of decor riche arabesques. The reverse of each tray fully marked HR { conjoined } QUIMPER in black.
