Antique Victorian Country House Velvet Needlework Brass Pole Screen surviving from c1860.
Standing on four bun feet above is a circular plush buttoned velvet Base.
Gorgeous Brass Pole terminating in a functioning height adjustment mechanism with a needlework panel and outstretched tassles attached to the brass work.
A true Country House piece of ever there was one.
Offered in good antique condition with wear as expected with furniture of this age.
A real statement piece.
