Retaining the original carrying handles of the type used by Chippendale, also original are the hinges, drainer tap to the underneath, Tin Tub and fitted lead compartments. made in two detachable parts and brass bound.

From a large house in Cheshire where the piece is thought to have belonged to a family with a historical shipping business.
