A George III Mahogany Tripod Table

A George III mahogany tripod supper table, the one-piece circular top with plain edge with brass sprung catch underneath, with tilting action and a birdcage with turned column supports below, raised on a tripod with a tapering shaft and turned mouldings above a squat baluster, over a block to three cabriole legs terminating in pad feet. English, circa 1770.
 
Condition: Overall very good, the table is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs, it stands well with no wobbling, the birdcage allows it to turn freely, the top is in good condition, and the legs are all in very good condition with no repairs to any of them. Overall the table has a pleasing appearance and colour.
