Antique Sunderland Pink Lustre Plaque

Description

A good early 19th century Sunderland Pink lustre plaque “Thou God Seest Me” with floral cartouche surround and hand painted pink lustre decoration.

Very good condition for age circa 1820 with only two very slight hairline to the outer rim showing in photo of the back.

This is a great example of charming early Sunderland pottery with a good text most probably by Dixons pottery, also known as Garrison pottery from the factory in Southwick, Sunderland

The plaque measures 24 cms by 21 cms.
