A small late Victorian letter rack with Japanned finish and gilded decoration c.1900. The three section rack with fretted back and waterfall effect sides; each division with swept top to match the front. Japanned black finish with superbly painted gilt decoration depicting oriental flowers, reeds and a bird. Presented in superb unworn condition with a rich polish.
