Antique Walnut Centre Table

19th century
Description

A fine quality late Victorian walnut side table with a rectangular top and canted corners. The burr walnut surface is inlaid with ebonised banding and decorative scroll and foliate motifs to the corners and centre. Standing on turned legs united by a turned stretcher with small finials, and fitted with castors. A well-made and elegant late 19th-century piece, ideal for use as a side or hall table.
