An elegant Victorian mahogany and marble Duchess washstand, featuring a gallery at the back set upon a white demi-lune marble top. The washstand is raised on turned and shaped supports, with a demi-lune under-tier shelf below. The removable marble top allows for easy transport and placement. A well-proportioned, clean example that combines practicality with classic Victorian charm.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good overall antique condition, showing expected signs of age. The marble top has some surface staining, and the upstand shows gentle fading.
