Description

A William IV Goncalo Alves writing table, designed in the style of Gillows of Lancaster and London, featuring a rounded rectangular top above a long frieze drawer. The drawer front is stamped with "688" on the interior. The table includes spirally turned supports, a turned stretcher, scroll feet, and brass casters. Dimensions are 73 cm high, 99.5 cm wide, and 56 cm deep, circa 1835.
