Employing fine veneers of kingwood and tulipwood alongside various specimen woods encompassed in the marquetry, the end support ormolu-mounted table having downward curved scrolling feet with decorative finials, the waisted supports with male masks on a quarter-veneered and crossbanded ground; above, the writing platform with canted corners with its original green leather tooled top within a floral marquetry border, a lockable drawer incorporated within the frieze of conforming style.
