Regency Rosewood Library Table Attributed To Gillows

Rosewood library table attributed to Gillows with elaborate holly wood inlay/ marquetry cross banding using Thomas Wilkinson’s tracings who was a draughtsman in the early 19th century, both George Bullock and Gillows used his inlayed decorative designs. The table has two frieze drawers with ornate end supports which have cross grained mouldings and blind fret decoration turned reeded end caps and bun feet, braced by a turned fluted stretcher.
