A Georgian mahogany set of guinea scales with the more unusual feature of having weights included in the box, rather than operating with a sliding arm.
This set also has the original trade label on saying Wilkinson near Liverpool, late of Kirkby. The scales folds neatly away in the box.
The box measures 26cm l when fully open and 13cm l when closed.
