Description

This is a good 19th century French torchere column in solid marble dating from the late 19th century circa 1880.

The fluted design to the hand carved marble has decorative gilt bronze mounts with the piece being raised on cast bronze hoof feet with an anthemion leaf design.

A really good decorative piece, perfect to display that special treasure.

This measures 104 cms high by 32 cms wide at the base. The top is 26 cms diameter with the top surface itself being 23 cms in diameter.
