Description

A George III period, mahogany tripod wine table, dating from the late c.18th. This attractive table, features an circular shaped solid mahogany top. Tilt-top hinged mechanism. Supported by a turned baluster stem, raised on a tripod of cabriole type legs.

A quality table. Made of solid mahogany. Well presented, serviced, cleaned and waxed and ready for use.

Dimensions:

This table measures approximately 66.75 cm (26.25") tall, and the top is 50.25 cm (19.75") in diameter.

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in good condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy. No loose joints. Old marks and blemishes, in keeping with age and use. A few small minor quality repairs. The underside stretcher and part of the block have been replaced. Sensitively cleaned and waxed polished. Very well presented and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
