Leeds Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The top folds out to reveal a square top with rounded corners, supported by double gateleg rear legs. The breakfront frieze is inlaid with central shell motif and flanked by strung panels and the same to both sides. The table is raised on fine tapering square legs with stringing.

An attractive quality table, all original and untouched. Well presented, in very good condition. Cleaned and wax polished, and very much ready for use.

This table measures approximately 77.5 cm (30.5") tall, 91 cm (35.75") wide, 44.25 cm (17.5") deep unfolded, and 89 cm (35") folded out across the top.

Condition:
Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in a good condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally sound and sturdy. All original and unmolested. Odd minor marks and blemishes, in keeping with age and use. A couple of natural aged split on bottom section of the folded out top. Other than that no obvious signs of damage or repair. No loose joints. Attractive original colour, with pleasing original patina throughout. Good wax polish finish. Sensitively cleaned and waxed, and now very much ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
