A superb antique French silver Basset Hound handled walking stick, Circa 1880 in date.

It has a very decorative silver dogs head handle, stamped 875 and made with great attention to detail, on a sturdy ebonised tapering shaft.

It is a lovely item and as such would be appreciated by any collector of walking sticks or canes.
