CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. There is some fading (pictured) and splitting (pictured) to the surface of the octagonal table, however, this does not affect the overall integrity of the piece.
