Henry Thomas Peters (Windsor 1792 - Genova 1852). English cabinet maker, relocated to Italy in 1817. He was a complex and eccentric personality. Active in Genova during the first half of the XIX century, Peters was able, with his furniture, to meet the taste of the new rising bourgeoisie and of the great Italian aristocracy. He worked for the Court of Savoy and was commissioned by King Carlo Alberto for the Royal Palace of Genova.
