Description

Rare and Large Antique Oak Sandtimer / Barley Twist Pillars. Late 18th Century (circa 250 years old).

Contained within pentagon (regular five-sided) geometrical cage constructed from barley twist oak pillars. The top and bottom in oak with superb patina. Course grained golden brown sand, timing at just over 4 minutes (rare for such a large sandtimer).

In excellent original condition with sand flowing freely. Extremely rare item.
