Here we have a rare item in the form of a walking cane belonging to Thomas Longmire, Champion Wrestler Of England (1823-1899) - A heavily carved cane which belonged to Longmire with elephant mask handle, silver collar inscribed ''Thomas Longmire, Morecambe'', hallmarked for Birmingham 1891 and Hilliard & Thomason, ivory tusks and tip, together with related ephemera to include a book ''Reminiscences in the Life of Thomas Longmire'' and a photograph of his grave at Troutbeck Non transferable standard ivory exemption declaration number YU9G5YGM.
