Description

This is a good quality Victorian picture frame in nice condition with attractive gilding and a good antique colour. This has an egg and dart gesso moulded reeded frieze and gilt leaf detail to the corners.

The frame is 53 cms by 43 cms overall

The apperture is 34 cms by 24.

With the inner slip removed the apperture becomes 39.5 by 29.5 cms.

The opening for the painting is 36 cms by 26 cms

Or 41.5 cms by 31.5 cms without the slip.
