A circular mahogany moulded tray, decorated with satinwood string inlay and a dentil gallery, secured by the original decorative brass handles, is located on a raised centre on top of the occasional table, ensuring it is locked in place and does not slide off. The occasional table, which is also decorated with similar string inlay detail, along with a fan shaped central marquetry motif, stands on four fine tapering splayed inlaid legs, which are united by a lower shelf. Ideal for use in the living or dining room, as it is both multi-functional and decorative, either as a drinks tray or occasional / side table.

Condition Report:
This is a fine quality English Edwardian glass and mahogany tray top table, in the style of the Georgian Sheraton period, decorated with boxwood marquetry inlay, circa 1910, in good original condition. The tray top is in good original condition, with minor surface scratches to the glass. There is no missing banding or inlay to the moulded frame and the brass handles are in excellent condition. Nominal old used marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of them. The tabletop and legs are free from any breaks. The tray on table has been cleaned and French polished in our workshops, therefore the colour and patination are of an excellent standard. The table is well constructed and is ready to use.
