A rare and fine quality 18th Century concertina action Card Table having a nicely faded and well figured solid mahogany top. A well drawn piece with beautifully carved decoration to the front legs, having Scallop Shell, Scrolls and bell flowers to the knee and further scallop decoration to the feet, the back legs having a carved lappet knee. Circa 1760
Interestingly this piece was previously sold by Harrods of Knightsbridge, inside the fold over top was a black and white photograph of the Card Table with the name Harrods furniture department printed on the back along with a Harrods stock number.
