Large Antique Victorian Mahogany Dining Table
 
This mid 19th century Large Antique Victorian Mahogany Dining Table / Extending Dining Table dates from circa, 1850 and comes with three central removable leaves. It has very unusual locking mechanism for the leaves, stamped by Loach & Clarke, who where based at 20-25 Essington Street, Birmingham, Warwickshire; They were cabinet makers and brass founders. This superb quality antique dining table has a beautifully figured top with moulded edge and stands on turned legs with decorative carvings and quality brass castors. This impressive antique table would quite comfortably seat ten to twelve dinner guests when fully extended and the Mahogany is a rich shade with a striking grain, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
