Victorian, mid to late 1800’s
Possibly “Ridgway”.
The base colour is a deep ox-blood/maroon and it has been exceptionally finely gilded.

The gilding work is of an exceptional standard
There are two left and two right central serving dishes with scallop handles
The surface of the dishes and central pedestal are in relief and decorated accordingly.

The central motif in each is that of handpainted spring flowers
Superb display or table settings
