Description

These brass and bronze industrial water pressure gauges (Circa 1910) are still mounted upon their original mahogany panelling. Now restored to their former glory (any overwriting seen on the dials was added during their working life), these appealing and very tactile gauges are a pertinent reminder of this country's rich industrial past. The warm glow emanating from the mahogany and polished metallic casings now softens and enriches what was once a basic workaday instrument. This contrast, and focus for discussion, is perfect for future decorative schemes, both period and contemporary.
