Description

This is an antique novelty knitting sheath carved in the shape of a ladies leg and riding boot. On the top of the leg is a brass plate with a hole to insert the needle. It is carved from one pioece of wood. which has been stained to give contrasting colours to the boot and leg.

It measures A real novelty, folk art piece.

It measures 20 cm h x 3.5cm d x 5cm d at the top of the sheath.
