Description

This sought after and evocative pediment (Circa 1900) was more than likely made to sit upon a 'Fry's Chocolate' shop display cabinet. Whilst undergoing sensitive restoration we made sure that that we enhanced it's original surface and did not disturb the gilded decoration within the incised lettering. Whether you have a cabinet or not, this pediment creates a pleasing decorative focal point in a room or over a doorway. The measurement for the pediment's depth was taken at it's base, the point at which it is fixed to the cabinet.
