Beautiful figuring to the timbers. In a classical sarcophagus shape.
Having the original brass Lion mask carrying handles.
With the original fitted lock and key in working order.
Internally fitted with a green baize.
Standing on spiral turned legs, with the original brass castors.
Original finish to the mahogany, with a lovely rich warm colour and glowing patina.
Because of the flat top design could also be used as a coffee table with storage.
In excellent antique condition. Expected signs of wear and use. Solid and strong.
