Description

A really beautiful desk top accessory: a Victorian three-division letter rack in solid mahogany. The finely figured timbers retain their original finish with a glowing patina and the richest colour imaginable. There is a most attractive cut-out handle and further cut-outs to the dividing walls to facilitate retrieving papers, envelopes etc. This exquisite example is English, c.1870.
