Havard and Havard has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The twin bay, two storey structure is constructed from timber and plywood and retains its original paint finishes: cream for the chimney pots, barge boards, quoins, string courses and architraves, a faux pebble dash on the first floor and faux brickwork on the ground floor.
The ground floor bay window is hung with nets and curtains, visible when the hinged front is opened to reveal two internal rooms, each with a chimneypiece to the right and the staircase to the left.
